Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
The rules are simple:
- Each Tuesday, Jana assigns a new topic. Create your own Top Ten list that fits that topic – putting your unique spin on it if you want.
- Everyone is welcome to join but please link back to The Artsy Reader Girl in your own Top Ten Tuesday post.
- Add your name to the Linky widget on that day’s post so that everyone can check out other bloggers’ lists.
- Or if you don’t have a blog, just post your answers as a comment.
This week’s topic is free, but with a back to school/learning theme, so I’m going with ten non-fiction books I loved. I do enjoy reading or listening to non-fiction books and here are some of my favourites.
I once laughed until I cried at Bill Bryson!

I LOVED Bill Bryson’s A Walk in the Woods, but I haven’t read the one on your list. This is Going to Hurt looks really good. Adding to my TBR! Here’s my TTT.

What an interesting selection of books! I’m not an avid reader of non-fiction, but I am pretty curious about some of these titles. I’ll definitely look into them!
Thanks for this!

I wrote about nonfiction too – my books are all nonfiction about the U.S. I haven’t read any of these but I did read Notes from a Small Island.
