My Review

Well what a page turner! This is one of those books that kept making me think how I would respond if I found myself in this situation.

I liked Vivian and really felt for her as she struggled to make a monumental decision that would effect her, her husband and their 4 children for the rest of their lives. It’s definitely a case of protect your family or protect your country.

At first I was adamant that she needed to play it straight and go to her bosses about what she’d seen. You see I’m married my husband has a good job and my 17 year old son is in his first job. We’re doing okay. However if I’d been reading this when my son was a baby I’d be having completely different thoughts about my family’s welfare. So I could totally understand why she felt compelled to do what she did.

This was such a tense read with some great twists and a surprising ending. I’d definitely recommend this if you enjoy thrillers, especially set within the CIA.

This is my fourth book for the 2019 Library Love Challenge
