I only managed to read/listen to 7 books during October. I didn’t manage to hit my monthly goal of 10 books, which I’m quite disappointed about. I read 4 books and listened to three audiobooks, two which were re-listens and one was new.

I loved these as well and highly recommend you add them your tbr mountains!

How was your October? Did you come across any good books?
I read 8 books in October. That’s really low for me. I remember the days when I read that in a week 😂. Stand-out was probably Nothing Important Happened Today by Will Carver.

Wow 8 in a week I don’t think I’ve ever managed that! 😂

7 is good! 🙌 I aim for 10, too. In Oct I read only 9. Hoping we both hit the magic 10 in Nov!

I was going to wait until December to listen the Narnia one but I needed a comfort listen.

I really quite enjoyed Jurassic Park, but I think I just loved Ian Malcolm and his ideas more than anything. I wish the book had been less dry. I think 7 books is a really good target to hit, especially since you enjoyed so many of the books!

These all look so good! I have added four to my TBR lol. Apple Cider Slaying and Northern Lights Lodge both are calling my name right now, but Notting Hill in the Snow and Fountains of Silence both look so good too. Have a great day!

For someone who has so much going on in her life, 8 is pretty good. I have all the time in the world to read, so I read/listened to 37 (not counting children’s books). Maybe I need to find something else to do besides read. I really want to read The Fountains of Silence.

But it’s such a nice way to spend the time isn’t it?

I spent most of this month rereading books. So yea I managed to surpass my goal but only because I knew what to expect and didn’t need to pause to react like I normally do when reading. Well ok I had to pause cause some juicy stuff be happenin’ but not at every point.
