Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
The rules are simple:
-
Each Tuesday, Jana assigns a new topic. Create your own Top Ten list that fits that topic – putting your unique spin on it if you want.
-
Everyone is welcome to join but please link back to The Artsy Reader Girl in your own Top Ten Tuesday post.
-
Add your name to the Linky widget on that day’s post so that everyone can check out other blogger’s lists.
-
Or if you don’t have a blog, just post your answers as a comment.
This week’s topic is ‘Books with Colours In the Titles ‘, and here are 9 books with 10 colours that I’ve either read or are on my tbr mountain!
Which Books Would Be On Your List? 📚

Such pretty covers 😍

I love your colours! Saffron, rose, lemon, silver… I stuck to the traditional ones 🙄😊

Thank you! I just went with what I found in my wordpress gallery as it was easier than hunting through my Goodreads shelves. 😀

Anne of Green Gables was such a good story, too. Have you read that whole series?

Other than BLACK BEAUTY and ANNE OF GREEN GABLES, I haven’t read any of these. THE SECRETS OF SAFFRON HALL sounds like one I would like. Secrets and old houses always intrigue me 🙂
Happy TTT!

Okay a couple of these are making me hungry (I love lemons). Somehow I forgot Anne of Green Gables existed while making my list, and I’m not entirely sure how. I’ve been seeing it everywhere today. I think this is the first I’ve seen Black Beauty so far! Another I’m not sure how I missed. Unfortunately I haven’t read any of these, but many of the covers are very pretty.

Aw, Black Beauty! I love that book. It doesn’t get talked about enough, in my opinion.
And I’ve always meant to read When Hitler Stole Pink Rabbit – I’ve known about it since elementary school, I think! – but somehow…I still have not.

I LOVE ANNE OF GREEN GABLES! As a Canadian kid, we read that book pretty early. I still reread it from time to time. You wrote a great list!
