If you decide to watch a movie adaptation, please do NOT watch the 1950 version. The 1934 version is more true to the book and features some wonderful actors, including Drew Barrymore’s grandfather, Lionel Barrymore.

I like the sounds of Treasure Island in audiobook. I will probably get that one. I also got a bunch of freebies this week, but did not resist the EW and NG pull. I think I will work on resisting temptation for my resolution in 2021.

I really need to start participating in stacking my shelf because the library keeps demanding back books I didn’t finish yet! One of my 2021 goals is definitely going to be planning my reading more.

Ah I just read a Karen Swan, it was pretty good! Great haul – my shelves are looking pretty full after Christmas, but that hasn’t stopped me picking up a few books in the audible sale 🙂
