I listened to Crooked House by Agatha Christie on Scribd and I’d like to listen to more Christie novels as I’ve found they work really well as audio. Have you decided to keep your Scribd subscription?

Yes I’m going to carry on with it and cancel my audible subscription at the end of this month. I definitely prefer her books on audio and love Emilia Fox’s narration!

I was going to cancel Audible a few months ago but then they offered me 3 months at a discount so I went along with it 🙈😂 The price goes up again mid-July so I’m going to spend my credits and cancel it before that. I have another free month on Scribd now and afterwards I’ll probably take a break from that subscription too to listen to all my Audible books 😂

I have listened to The Seven Dial Mystery as well. I thought it was good fun – more silly and lighthearted than her Poirot and Miss Marple stories.

You might enjoy The Secret of Chimneys as well. It is the same style and includes some of the same characters as well. I thought it was brilliant!

I hope you enjoy Hamnet, I really liked it. The writing is beautiful. I am so jealous that you got the audio of Lisa Jewell’s book. It doesn’t even show on my Netgalley. I will have to wait until it is published, but I will read and/or listen to it eventually.

Hope you enjoy the latest Lisa Jewell novel Nicki. I requested it from NetGalley but was denied. I’ll keep trying as she is one of my favourite authors. If all else fails I’ll just have to buy it. LOL
