Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
The rules are simple:
-
Each Tuesday, Jana assigns a new topic. Create your own Top Ten list that fits that topic โ putting your unique spin on it if you want.
-
Everyone is welcome to join but please link back to The Artsy Reader Girl in your own Top Ten Tuesday post.
-
Add your name to the Linky widget on that dayโs post so that everyone can check out other blogger’s lists.
-
Or if you donโt have a blog, just post your answers as a comment.

“84 Charing Cross Road” and “Five Night Stand” were the first two to spring to mind. If I gave it a few minutes, I’m sure I could think of many more. Fun post Nicki. ๐๐

I’m just getting into her books on audio and really enjoying them in that format.

My husband does audio books frequently from the library, but I haven’t tried that yet. Is there a narrator you recommend? I’ve heard that makes a big difference.

It makes a huge difference if you have a good narrator or a bad one. Some of my favourites are Julia Whelan, Imogen Church, Martin Jarvis, Nathaniel Parker, Laura Kirman, Stephen Fry, Alex Jennings and Simon Bubb.

Ah 101 Dalmatians is a good one! I feel like I read the book when I was a kid, but I don’t really remember.

In Five Years was a really good story, very different to what I was expecting and well worth a listen.

Great list! From your list, I would most likely pick The Seven Dials Mystery by Agatha Christie.
When you get the opportunity, I hope you’ll stop by my post: https://readbakecreate.com/books-counting-down-from-ten/

Ooh, I read THREE HOURS not long ago. It’s very tense. I didn’t love it, but it definitely kept me burning through the pages to see what was going to happen next!
Happy TTT!
