Just skimmed your review of The Man in the Bunker as I’ve finished it but not yet written my review. However, I get the sense you loved it and so did I. Definitely think there were some loose ends left for a further book.

Ooh that’s interesting. Sometimes when a book is very hyped it doesn’t alway live up to the expectation.

Yes, I read it in November and I really enjoyed it but that was before all the hype started.

I have Obama’s memoir on my TBR and am keen to read it but it’s huge – I might get the audiobook instead. Hope you enjoy whatever you read next! 🙂

Yes it’s over 700 pages. I’m enjoying the audiobook but I’m taking it slowly.

To be honest, I’m tempted but there’s something that tells me that it won’t live up to my expectations. That’s not really based on anything except gut feeling. Maybe I’m getting wiser in my old age! 😀

LOVE The Birds (that story is my fave in there) so atmospheric and creepy!

I listened to three hours of Obama but… haven’t finished. It’s been on pause for months! It’s heavier than Michelle’s book so it was more difficult for me to get into it!
