My Review

This was a really fun murder mystery! I enjoyed my time with Tom and Becca as they tried to work out who murdered one of the porters at an Inn of court!

Tom and his mate Nate were there to take part in a the final of the Universities Mooting Competition, (‘a sort of mock trial’) followed by a grand dinner with judges and fellow competitors.

I really liked Tom and Nate, they were lovely characters, but I wasn’t at all sure about Becca and Mouse, their competitors or some of the other minor characters!

There were some very good red herrings in there to distract, which worked very well, although as I’m a suspicious person by nature I did have an inkling as to who the murderer was. However I had absolutely no idea as to the motive! I was very pleasantly surprised when the big reveal came!

Recommended if you enjoy murder mysteries, especially set in a legal setting.

Thanks so much to Rob Keeley for sending me a digital copy for review.
