Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
The rules are simple:
-
Each Tuesday, Jana assigns a new topic. Create your own Top Ten list that fits that topic – putting your unique spin on it if you want.
-
Everyone is welcome to join but please link back to The Artsy Reader Girl in your own Top Ten Tuesday post.
-
Add your name to the Linky widget on that day’s post so that everyone can check out other blogger’s lists.
-
Or if you don’t have a blog, just post your answers as a comment.
This week’s topic is Most Anticipated Books Releasing During the Second Half of 2024 and these are my choices 😉
Which Books Would Be On Your List?
📚📚📚

I’m putting the Richard Osman on my list – interested to see what a different series of his will be like.

I read a sample a few weeks ago and it hooked me straight away!

I’m interested in the new Chris Whitaker but it sounds a little dark for my current reading preferences.

I pre-ordered it ages ago and hoping it’s not too dark for me as well!

I’ve read several Nicky Pellegrino, but her books are a bit formulaic to me now.

I still love them, especially all the delicious food descriptions.

erm all of the above haha!! I wish they’d go easy on us and publish some rubbish books for the rest of the year so we can keep up with what we already have to read LOL! xx

Wouldn’t that be ideal! 😂 xx

I’m excited for a new Osman book, even though I’ve only read THE THURSDAY MURDER CLUB. I really liked it. I need to catch up on that series first, probably, but still…exciting! I hope you enjoy all these.
Happy TTT!

I’m very curious about the Janice Hallet books, one of the booktubers I watch is always singing her praises. I may want to try them out 🙂

I really like them as they’re quite different to normal crime/mysteries.

It’s only a novella, but it’s all about when Nightingale was younger and it’s set in New York in the Jazz Age.

Ohhh that does sound good! It would be fun to see Nightingale when I he was young.
