The Six in Six is a meme created by Jo at The Book Jotter The idea behind it is that as the end of June (or July) approaches and we are then halfway through the year, let us share the books we have read in those first 6 months. In fact let’s share 6 books in 6 categories, or if time is of the essence then simply share just 6 books. Whatever combination works for you as long as it involves 6 books. Of course the same book can obviously feature in more than one category.
Six Authors New To Me
Six Mysteries, Thrillers or Crime Novels NOT by Agatha Christie
Six Books I Haven’t Reviewed
Six From the Non-Fiction Shelf
Six Books Set in a Country Other Than My Own
Six Books I have enjoyed the most
Which 6 books and categories would you choose?
some great choices there! Lots to think about for each topic – if only my brain was switched on today haha!! xx

Thanks Jo that’s brilliant! I love his books, in fact another one of his Not Cool: Europe by Train in a Heatwave is only 99p at the mo.

I would probably be so boring and just list out genres. I like your creative choices 🩷

Thanks I just did the same ones I did in previous years. 😆

Some great choices here, Nicki. I went to check out the original post, and there are so many categories to choose from. I might do this one, but will need to narrow down the choices.

Thanks Carla! I had a look at the different categories again this year, but just went with the same ones I normally do.

Nice picks! I believe all 6 new-to-you authors are also new-to-me authors now hahaha

Great choices! I loved The Outlaw Noble Salt as well and there are quite a few I hope to get to in the second half of 2024.
