Welcome to WWW Wednesdays! hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words. Just answer the three questions below and leave a link to your post in the comments for others to look at. No blog? No problem! Just leave a comment with your responses. Please, take some time to visit the other participants and see what others are reading. So, let’s get to it!

The three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What have you finished reading?
What will you read next?
What are you currently reading?
I’m reading Brian Bilston’s daily poems again, I’m listening to the latest Rivers of London full length novel, and reading a really good spy thriller from NetGalley
What have you finished reading?
The Perfumer’s Secret and Crooked House that I’ve already reviewed, and two memoirs on audio that I’m probably not going to review
What might you read next?
You know the drill! Happy Shrug Day!

Is Mr Tucci narrating his book? Having read it, I’m not sure some of it would work well on audio. The recipes, the lists?

He did, and he came across to me as whiney and very entitled!

Did you not enjoy the Tucci memoir that you won’t be reviewing it?

No, I didn’t and ended up really disliking him! 😂

I’m currently reading Alien Heir by Cara Bristol
In the last week I’ve read:
1 Delusion in Death by JD Robb.
2 Service Model by Adrian Tchaikovsky. Loved the idea of this but lost interest after the first few chapters. Skim read the rest
3 Home before Dark by Eva Björg Aegisdóttir.
4 Calculated in Death by JD Robb.
Next up, more In Deaths

Happy Shrug Day! isn’t it funny how some books make you warm to the author, others put you right off haha!! xx

I should probably give up making my TBR list, because I never stick to it. I listened to a Stanley Tucci book and enjoyed it, but I don’t think I will read or listen to this one. Enjoy whatever you pick up next, Nicki.

I’m not as keen as the Abigail chapters, but otherwise it’s okay. xx

Abigail’s chapters clash so much with the rest of the story… It’s not that I don’t like the foxes, but the YA romance/coming of age feel just wasn’t for me either. I’m glad you are enjoying the other chapters though! xx

It’s definitely not a normal Rivers of London story with the two narrators! xx

It’s a shame he didn’t stick to the usual formula… xx
