Don't Let Him In by Lisa JewellSynopsis: “The queen of the psychological thriller delivers another utterly compulsive page-turner, as a man with a host of secrets inveigles his way into a woman’s life.

He’s the perfect man.

He says he loves you.

You think he might even be made for you.

Before long he’s moved into your house – and into your heart.

And then he leaves for days at a time. You don’t know where he’s gone or who he’s with.

And you realise – if you looked back – you’d say to yourself: DON’T LET HIM IN.

My Review

I absolutely loved this latest thriller from Lisa Jewell, one of my favourite authors.

This was one of my most highly anticipated books of the year, but I I was a little disappointed in the beginning, as it felt a bit too cliched. However, about halfway through everything changed, and it all got so intense that I couldn’t stop reading! The man in this book is so vile that I really hated him and wanted bad things to happen to him!

This is definitely one of those books that you need to go in blind, and especially don’t look up place names as I came across an almost spoiler.

I’m not saying any more, as I’ll spoil it for you, except that I loved it, and I can’t wait for her next book! Oh and you definitely read the acknowledgements at the end of the book!

Highly recommended if you enjoy domestic thrillers!
