Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
The rules are simple:
-
Each Tuesday, Jana assigns a new topic. Create your own Top Ten list that fits that topic – putting your unique spin on it if you want.
-
Everyone is welcome to join but please link back to The Artsy Reader Girl in your own Top Ten Tuesday post.
-
Add your name to the Linky widget on that day’s post so that everyone can check out other blogger’s lists.
-
Or if you don’t have a blog, just post your answers as a comment.
This week’s topic is Goals for 2026, but instead I’m sharing Books From My Own Shelves That I want to Read This Year, and these are just some of my choices 😉

I definitely need to read more books from my own shelves this year. My shelves are ALL out of control. I enjoy Eve Chase’s books. I hope you do, too. Good luck with all your goals!
Happy TTT (on a Wednesay)!

I hope to read at least one of them this year; probably once the weather cools down as I always seem to enjoy historical fiction more when it’s cold outside… Sounds strange, I know. xD xx

I hope you actually get these all read, Nicki. I have that Julie Andrews book as well, but I bought it on audible.

I haven’t heard of any of these books, although I have been in the book business for nearly 40 years. Here is a list of what I have read last year
I want to read “In Search of Lost Time” again. Now I am reading all the books by Elif Shafak.
