Sunshine! It’s been raining nearly every day since the beginning of the year, so it’s been great to see the sun this week! ā š

The soda bread looks ace Nikki. I’ve tried a number of times over the years and whilst what I’ve made is edible, I wouldn’t say I’m anywhere near perfecting the art xx

Happy Friday, Nicki. All wonderful things to be happy about. I am grateful for the wind. It has been hot here (28 and above) so the wind keeps us from getting too hot. I love to bake, but am not a bread maker unless it’s beer bread which my grandkids love. I think your soda bread looks awesome.

Unfortunately, I will be doing that in three weeks, but not just cooler, it will still be cold. I’m not a fan of damp, so I’ll be fine. š
