This is so sad but such a wonderful tribute to Megan, who was such an encouragement when I first started blogging 18 months ago. I used to take part in Standalone Sunday and I loved the comments she left and the excitement she had for the books I shared. I even read one of the books she recommended, a horror book that I wouldn’t normally have tried but I found on NetGalley.

I did not know her personally, but I loved her blog, the reviews she posted, and obviously standalone Sundays. I think one month back only I checked her blog, just to see if she posted something new and it didn’t appear in my reader. I saw her last post there, which was posted months back, where she talked about her new candle business, and how it is taking a whole lot of her time. She was so excited about her new buisness. It is just so shocking to hear that she is no more.

I’m so shocked and I only knew her through her Standalone Sunday posts and then her Instagram photos.. I think it’s probably because she was so enthusiastic so friendly. So sad for her family.

Megan was such a positive soul and spirit. She took me in with open arms and was always will to help or offer guidance when I started as well. She had that air about her when conversing or commenting that just radiated with genuiness. She will be missed ❤

This is very sad. I didn’t know Megan personally but I was aware of her blog. She seemed far too young to go.

Yes she was only 25, definitely far too young.

I learned about this the same way you did and was truly stunned about it. I really thought she was busy nowadays with her candle shop and all, but to find out that this occurred is insanely sad. 😦 I hope it hasn’t been too difficult these past few days for her close ones.

She was very supportive and so, so positive. A beautiful girl gone decades too soon. Her poor family.
