My son has been wanting me to read this book for months. Actually it’s probably since the beginning of the year when I thoroughly enjoyed the audiobook of Neverwhere. So last weekend I agreed to read the first chapter to see if I liked it and if I would carry on with. Well, the foreword was hilarious, and made me realise I’d be missing a real treat if I didn’t pick it up very soon, especially after seeing the trailer for new series with David Tennant and Martin Sheen as the main characters. So watch this space as I’m hoping to pick it again this weekend.
