Top 4 Thursday is a bi-weekly meme hosted by Ally@Ally Writes Things.
This week’s topic is Books That Someone Recommended to You.
A Book From the Bottom of Your TBR Pile
I loved these books and rated all of them 5 stars on Goodreads.
You can read my reviews for Harold Fry and Station Eleven but unfortunately I didn’t write reviews for Black-eyed Susans or Call The Midwife.
What do you think of my choices?
Which four books would you have chosen?
But…..but……but…..why didn’t you write reviews for them?🤔😂😜🤔😂😜

It was such a long time ago and didn’t need to lol

But…..don’t we need to review every book that we read for our blogs?😜😂

I’ve read a few this year that I haven’t reviewed mostly because I can’t find the words. 😀

Ah…..think I might do that and blame you for the idea.😂

They’re all my own or library books not review copies.

I’ve only heard of Black Eyed Susans, which has been on my shelf too long. Here are my top recommended books:
1. Josh and Hazel’s Guide to Not Dating by Christina Lauren
2. Don’t Believe It by Charlie Donlea
3. Summit Lake by Charlie Donlea
4. Once Perfect by Cecy Robson
5. Gaslight Mystery series by Victoria Thompson

I listened to the audiobook of Station Eleven, narrated by Jack Hawkins who has the most gorgeous voice making it even better.😀

I have had Station Eleven on and off my TBR so many times that I have lost count. I am not an apocolyptic fan, but it sounds like it is more than that. I will see if I can find the audiobook. I also need to read Call the Midwife. Again, it has been on my list for so long. If I look at all the books that I have read that were recommended to me by blog friends, I could never narrow it down to four.

I’m sure there were more but these were the ones that jumped out at me. The audiobook was narrated by Jack Hawkins, but think it might be the UK version, hope you can find it as it really made the book for me.
