I came across this post through Dave @ espresso coco when he was #BlogoftheDay on Twitter and he was inspired by Splodz and The Urban Wanderer. As I’ve gained lots of new followers lately, thank you 😀 and I thought it was the perfect time to let you know a little bit more about me. If you missed Part 1 it’s here.
N is for Nepal
Where I went on my 3 week honeymoon in the early 90s. It was a real adventure as we only booked our flights and organised a guest house through my sister’s friend. We went whitewater rafting, sleeping overnight on the banks of the river, trekking in the Annapurna region, and exploring the Chitwan National Park.

O is for Ocean
Growing up on an island surrounded by the sea is just wonderful. I can’t imagine living anywhere else, especially when I can hear the waves as I drift off to sleep 🙂

P is for Photography
As I mentioned in Part 1 I’m a member of blipfoto a lovely online photography community where I’ve been aiming to post a photo a day since May 2014. Wow I didn’t realise it was that long!!!

Q is for Quizzes
I do love a good quiz not that I’m particularly good at them, especially not sport related questions.

R is for Reading of course
I couldn’t be a book blogger unless I read the books!

S is for Social Media
I do have social media accounts but sometimes they take up so much time when I could be reading instead! 😀

T is for Time Travel
I love the idea of time travel and wish it was a reality, but only if I could always come home safely every time!

U is for Unexpected!
I do love it when there are are unexpected twists and turns in a book or film. In real life, not so much, unless of course it’s something wonderful!

V is for Volunteering
I’ll be volunteering again this summer for the summer reading challenge at Jersey Library. It’s a fantastic initiative to encourage reading and library membership in 4-11 year olds. It’s great fun and I love listening to the kids as they tell me about the books they’ve read for the challenge.

W is for Weird
I’ve never been one to follow the crowd and have been called weird by some people, but why be normal when you can be weird! 😉

X is for Generation X
Yup I’m one of those, not old enough to be a baby boomer and too old to be a millennial always the middle child!!

Y is for You Only Live Twice
One of my favourite Bond theme songs
Z is for Zoo
I’m a member of Jersey Zoo, founded by Gerald Durrell, it’s a great place to visit and support their conservation work

This is fun! I need to do this! 👍

Thanks it’s such fun and I love seeing them get excited about reading, even if they tell me about a book they didn’t like.

You’re honeymoon in Nepal sounds amazing! I’ve always wanted to visit there. We went to Thailand for ours. I love travelling to countries where their culture is completely different to ours.

Yes to the weird club! 😀 Oh I miss the sound of the ocean. I was born and raised next to the sea, but we don’t have it in Bordeaux!
