I didn’t quite hit my goal of 10 books in May but I did read 2 books and listened to 6 audiobooks. I suppose 8 books is okay, as there were 3 Bank Holidays and my husband was off for a week, so I wasn’t reading or listening as much as I would’ve liked. Anyway that’s my excuse. 😀

Probably because it’s more about their relationship rather than murder. Others have loved it though so I’m probably in the minority.

Excellent choices, Nicki! Maybe one day I’ll try Great Expectations on audio as I hated it so much in high school that I never finished. I’m sure my mature adult self might have a different opinion today😏

I listened to My Sister, the Serial Killer in May too and really enjoyed it. I liked that it explored the way the two sisters related to each other. Having said that I did expect it to be more about the murders so it was different to what I thought it was going to be. I’ve heard such good things about Bonnie and Stan so I think I need to add that to my wish list. I hope June is a fab reading month for you. 🙂

Eight books is still excellent especially if you didn’t have much time to read! It’s a shame you didn’t enjoy My Sister, The Serial Killer better… I really like the sound of Bonnie & Stan though. I hope you’ll have a wonderful June! xx

I really enjoyed The Wrong Envelope. I chose it because I liked the cover, so no idea what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised! 8 books is a fab total x
