Stacking The Shelves is hosted at Tynga’s Reviews & Reading Reality. It’s all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

What have you been adding to your shelves this week?
Fab haul, Nicki. I bought Dear Edward by Ann Napolitano, received an invitation to read We Are Not in the World by Conor O’Callghan, and just today received an advanced copy of The Murder Game by Rachel Abbott. Happy reading! x

Great picks! I couldn’t resist when I saw the new Mark Edwards on NG… I yelped in joy when I was approved, haha! xx

Thanks! Isn’t it brilliant when we get approved for books we really want! 🙂 xx

I have read The Wind in the Willows a couple of times and I’m currently listening to it on audible. Love the story so much xx

How weird I’m listening to it as well, the version with Michael Horden reading it. Is that the same as yours?

Yes it is, it’s the only version to listen to in my opinion 😁

Yay quite agree! Did you know that he played Badger in the old stop motion series they had on TV in the 80s, with David Jason as Toad?

Yes I did I loved watching that program so much. I think this is why he is the only narrator for this audiobook xx

Wasn’t it brilliant! I’ve got it on DVD somewhere and feel quite tempted to watch it when I finish the audiobook 😀 xx

The charm bracelet looks cute – I didn’t realise it was up on NetGalley – I might go and have a look although I’ve been trying to avoid requesting anymore books until I get my ratio back up.

It’s not out until the summer so you could go back and request it a month’s time or something 😉

Did you get a widget for the Vivian Conroy too? I started reading it last night, I’d just finished The Book of Koli and I needed something short and straightforward, it’s really good so far.
