Stacking The Shelves is hosted by Marlene @ Reading Reality. It’s all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course eBooks!

I know! It’s only a small charity bookstall at a local garden centre that don’t normally have anything that exciting, so I grabbed it!

Of course, you’re right…widgets from publishers don’t count as it would be rude not to accept😏
Some great additions this week, Nicki💜 I’m after The Heights and need to get to The End of Her.
Enjoy!

Love your haul this week Nicki. I got “The Secret Gift” by Amanda James too. Also I have read the P.D. James short story collection and Louise Candlish and Shari Lapena are usually good reads.

I loved When Hitler Stole Pink Rabbit! It was a classic that I thought I should have read before but never did! I’ve also bought the Ops Room Girls for my step gran for Christmas so 🤞it’s good!

It’s one of my favourite books that I try to re-read regularly!

It was a lovely book. It had an innocence to it that I liked.

Nothing like a good charity shop bargain. I once found an out of print book I’d been looking for that only cost 50p, and in perfect condition!

Such a great haul! I was invited to read The Secret Gift too, but managed to refrain as I’m trying to take a break. xD That hardback is such a bargain and I love the cover!

Nice haul Nicki. I am interested in what you think about Before the Coffee Gets Cold. I have been waffling about that one as it has had mixed reviews.
