The three Ws are:
What are currently reading?
What have you finished reading?
What will you read next?

What are you currently reading?
I’ve listened to some more of Wolf Hall, so I’m getting to know Thomas Cromwell a bit more. I’ve read more than half of Dogs: A Celebration of Our Canine Friends, which is full of gorgeous photos. I started listening to The Story of The Amulet last night and I can tell it’s going to be another fun listen. I haven’t read any more of The Neverending Story, so I’m probably going to put it aside for the moment.
What have you finished reading?
I loved both Windswept & Interesting by Billy Connolly and Five Children and It by E. Nesbit, but I’m struggling with my reviews. I’ve got mixed feelings about A Deception at Thorncrest, the final Amory Ames book, so I’m not sure I’ll be reviewing it at the moment.
What might you read next?
You know the drill! Happy Shrug Day!😂

I’m not surprised you’re struggling to keep up with reviews given the number of books you’re getting through!

I want to read some Hilary Mantel. I’ve got more into Historical Fiction recently. Dogs also looks interesting.
Have a great week!

Was there something about The Neverending Story that’s not rubbing you right or is it just a question of having enough time in a day to read a little bit of it here and then? 😀

I’m just not in the mood for it at the moment.

Hopefully next year I will find the time to read the Wolf Hall trilogy. I read a fair chunk of the first one two years ago but never finished it 🤦🏼♀️.

I’m enjoying the abridged version, but can understand not finishing the full version.

A nice mix as usual, Nicki. I have several reviews to write and some of them are ones that I am struggling with, so I get it.

I listened to it for a challenge and sort of enjoyed it. The historical aspects were fascinating and the narrator was brilliant. xx
