I hadn’t heard of Blue Dog but looking up some info about it I understand it’s a prequel to another book called Red Dog, which I also hadn’t heard of. Have you read that one? There was a film version of it as well according to what I’ve read.

Yes, I read Red Dog years ago, and saw Blue Dog somewhere on last week’s Top Ten Tuesday. I think I did see the film years ago as well, but can’t remember much about it, except it was sad.

I’m currently reading My Whiskey Redemption by Melissa Foster.
In the last week I read 🥁
1. Hot Witness by Lynn Raye Harris
2 Six Couples and a Wedding by Lynn Raye Harris. A very short author freebie epilogue
3 How to Fake it in Society by KJ Charles
Not sure what next. It might take me a while to read my current book as I’m on holiday 🍸🌞🛩️⛱️

Oooh what did you think of Blue Dog? Captain Corelli is one of my favourite books and I’ve enjoyed some of his other books too.
