My Review

This was soo good, even though it’s a police procedural and they’re not my favourite in the crime genre.

As the above synopsis states the story is set around a pilot programme lead by DCS Kat Frank and AIDE Lock an AI detective. I loved Kat and her team, and even Lock grew on me as the story progressed. It was really tense at times but so good with short snappy chapters that I raced through it, desperate to know what had happened to the missing young men.

As to the investigation and finding the young men? Well, I thought I knew what was going on, but I wasn’t quite right, but I can’t say any more because of spoilers. 😜

I’m thrilled this is a new series and that the second book has just been published. I can’t wait to read it!

Highly recommended especially if you enjoy police procedurals.
