My Review

This was a good domestic drama by Jane Corry, an author who writes really good stories about families and secrets. I’ve read a few books by her in the past, The Stranger in Room Six, The Dead Ex and Blood Sisters.

The story is told from Rosy, Amy and James’ points of view, with short chapters which kept me turning the pages quickly.

I liked Rosy and James, but really didn’t like Amy, she was really nasty. However as the plot progressed I changed my mind quite a lot about all three of them. I’m not saying any more because of spoilers, except that I had my suspicions quite early on about what the secret was and I was partly right. Then there were some good twists later on that I hadn’t thought about at all!

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a domestic drama, about family secrets.
