Stacking The Shelves is hosted at Tynga’s Reviews and is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!
I’m trying to be very restrained on the book front, as my NetGalley shelf is looking very healthy, especially since some of the books I requested before Christmas were approved this week. I’ve got a self-imposed ban on the site for a month to keep it under control, but what do you do when a call goes out on Twitter for fab looking books? 😉
My NetGalley Haul
Kindle freebies & ebook purchases
Physical Books and An Audiobook
So, what have you been adding to your shelves lately?
Lovely haul as always! Good luck with being restrained – never going to happen is it?! haha!! Liking the look of bookworm…. off i run to netgalley to take a peek! 😉

Thanks I’ve a few pages of Bookworm and it’s really lovely, one that I might end up buying. 🙂

Bookworm on your NG haul looks great! I love going down memory lane of my childhood books. I’ve added it but I’m on a NG ban at the moment, I can’t keep requesting books, I just can’t!!😂 Great post Nicki 👍

Looks like a great haul. I’m having a self-imposed cut-back this year…just to try and cut down on Mt. TBR. But I did receive my copy of Tom Reiss’ The Black Count yesterday. 😀

I love your restrained response to NetGalley- it looks an awful lot like mine! I picked up a copy of Bookworm before Christmas and what I read then (merely looking of course) was brilliant.

Nice haul! I really want to read The Address, I’ve heard such good things about it 🙂

I loved The Dollhouse by the same author and so I got the Address through my 3 month trial with audible!

Oh yes, totally restraining myself from Netgalley as well. Which is why I have four requests pending 🤣

Oh these look fantastic! Good luck with the Netgalley ban haha. My shelf is actually almost empty right now (only two pending titles left I plan to read in the next two weeks); it’s a miracle! xD

Nice haul!
I have been so restrictive with my NetGalley that in 2018 I want to actually use it a bit more than I have in previous years. 🙂
But bookworm restrictions are all a lie! 😀

Very sensible ;-). Even with your NG restraint you still managed to add some nice books. Great book haul, such positive titles too.. Making Lemonade (I assume it’s not about actually, you know, making lemonade?) and How to be happy :-). Happy reading!
