It was a buddy read with Yvonne@t It’s All About the Books. I didn’t enjoy it as much as I thought I would compared to other books about the Holocaust but I’m not sure why.

Sad to read that you didn’t enjoy Lilac Girls as much as you thought you would. It has certainly caught my eye.

Are you going to review Lilac Girls? I’m not sure about it yet. I haven’t read any of your current books, but they all look very interesting. I love a good mix! The Bookworm book is on my list too. Happy Valentines Day!

I’m intrigued by Bookworm! And I’m looking forward to your thoughts on Lilac Girls. 😉 It was definitely a hard review to write… I enjoyed it, but didn’t love love it as some people.

Overall I do think I ended up enjoying it better than you did, but I did see some flaws… Mostly character related and Herta’s POV.
