I love this meme created and hosted by Inge @The Belgian Reviewer highlighting the difference between covers for the same book. I’ve noticed some more just recently so let’s do round two.
These are the covers for the Audiobook, Kindle and Audio CD version of Ready Player One. I prefer the the first one as I like font better, plus the other two look far too sci-fi to me.

I like first covers on the first two lines of books, like you they are the ones I am familiar with. The 3rd line I like the last cover with the umbrella the slightly different colouring makes that one jump out at me. Finally middle cover, when I see a child on a book I automatically think of books that are based on helping parents raise children. Have a great day Nicki 😘😘

How interesting. I loathe covers with real people on them and this blog post confirms it!

Cool and thanks Nicki :-)! I prefer the first for the two first books as well.. but then it becomes difficult.. I like the red eye-catcher as well but I don’t like the title, it has a totally different vibe. Sisterhood makes me think of fighting but loving your sister after all, you know having a bond.. but Bedriegelijk means deceiving or something and doesn’t have much positive feelings for me. You know what, I’m going with the totally red cover with the stick of letters. I choose the first cover for My Sister’s Keeper as well, I feel the girls are at least teenagers of 15-16 in the story so this fits best.

I like the red cover too but preferred the umbrellas. I’ve not read My sister’s Keeper yet so good to know that fits better.

What’s the difference between an audiobook and an audio CD? :O I never realized there was a distinction.
