Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
The rules are simple:
-
Each Tuesday, Jana assigns a new topic. Create your own Top Ten list that fits that topic โ putting your unique spin on it if you want.
-
Everyone is welcome to join but please link back to The Artsy Reader Girl in your own Top Ten Tuesday post.
-
Add your name to the Linky widget on that dayโs post so that everyone can check out other blogger’s lists.
-
Or if you donโt have a blog, just post your answers as a comment.

I never read Anne of Green Gables, just watched a tv series a long time ago. Maybe I should.

I loved the audiobook because Rachel McAdams was perfect as Anne. It’s such a fun story!

I would love to re-listen to Wrong Place, Wrong Time too, to see if I missed critical clues from the first reading.

I have several I’d like to re-read and am thinking about doing it in 2024 now that my mount TBR is almost done!

I probably donโt reread often enough. Itโs an art to choose just the right book to reread!

It sure is Carol, and there are so many new books to read as well! BTW are my comments going into your spam as they seem to disappear after I’ve left them?๐ค

Such a good book. Her next book has Jack in it but I don’t how much he’s mentioned.

I’ve been meaning to do it for a few years, but never get round to it!

I quite like rereading, but only selected books. They need to have interesting characters. When rereading and being familiar with the plot, I find it is the character which make me want to read on.

Yes the characters are very important with a re-read!

Circe and The Bodyguard would make excellent rereads ๐

I have read and enjoyed 6 of these, Nicki. I very, and I mean very seldom reread. I have too many books to read on my lists. I do reread The Christmas Carol every year though.

I’ve thought about re-reading DEAR MRS. BIRD too. I want to read the sequel, but I can’t remember who’s who and what’s what from the first book. I really enjoyed it when I read it, so I really wouldn’t mind a re-read. I hope you enjoy all these on your second go-round!
Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!

The Fountains Of Silence and Circe! I LOVED both books so much. โค I'm also hoping to finally read Dear Mrs Bird next year; I've added it to my 2024 priority list so fingers crossed that will work. ๐

Someone Else’s Shoes was sooo good! I felt like there could be a potential sequel to the story when the book came to an end.

I loved it too and thought the same!

I still want to read The Bodyguard and Dear Mrs Bird for the first time :-). I think at some point I’d want to reread Stuart Turton’s Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle, even though I know the ending. A little while longer and I probably won’t ๐
