Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
The rules are simple:
-
Each Tuesday, Jana assigns a new topic. Create your own Top Ten list that fits that topic – putting your unique spin on it if you want.
-
Everyone is welcome to join but please link back to The Artsy Reader Girl in your own Top Ten Tuesday post.
-
Add your name to the Linky widget on that day’s post so that everyone can check out other blogger’s lists.
-
Or if you don’t have a blog, just post your answers as a comment.

I’m one of those lucky people who never experience book slumps!

Ahhhh! I didn’t know there was a Wodehouse collection narrated by Fry. I bet he does an especially good Jeeves.. 😉

He’s perfect, it’s just like the TV series he did with Hugh Laurie!

Great selection! I’ve read and enjoyed so many of these… I have to remember to do a Matt Haig reread of the Christmas books this year. xx

For me it’s more about stopping the slump before it starts. To do that, I allow myself to DNF books and switch up genres if I’ve been reading a lot of one particular genre.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a book slump, perhaps because I read so many genres, that I just switch it up. Nice choices here, Nicki.

I haven’t had one for ages, Carla, and that might be for the same reason.

I use the same method for slumps. I’m currently rereading The Hunger Games because I love them.

How apt! I haven’t done a TWiB post today as I’ve just DNFd three books in a row! 😱 I like the approach of going back to an old favourite. I think I’ve broken this slump by turning to a new book from a favourite author…

How weird! Hope you’ve broken it, Jo x

I’ve never had a reading slump before, but if I had one, I would definitely turn to a nice comfort read to help me out of it. Great list!
Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!
